The 95/5 Cleaning Strategy is PolarX Robotics' framework for splitting floor care into two jobs. Most daily cleaning, around 95% by PolarX's estimate, is routine: removing dust and light debris and keeping floors dry and presentable, which a waterless robot can do every day. The rest is targeted wet cleaning for oil, spills, sticky residue and scheduled deep cleans, which still needs a scrubber-dryer or carpet extractor.

What cleaning robots does PolarX Robotics make? +

Which PolarX robot is right for a warehouse, and which for an office? +
For a warehouse or factory with dust and dry debris on concrete or epoxy, choose Star50: it has a 750 mm cleaning width, a 30 L bin and a low body that reaches under racking. For offices, retail and healthcare with hard floors and carpet, choose Star60. Sites with both often run Star50 in operational areas and Star60 in offices and reception.
Can PolarX robots clean carpet? +
Star60 cleans low-pile commercial carpet as well as hard floors, for routine dust control between deep cleans. Neither replaces a carpet extractor for periodic deep cleaning.
Do PolarX robots need Wi-Fi? +
No. Star50 runs fully offline, with maps and tasks stored on the robot. An internet connection is optional and enables software updates and remote diagnostics.
