The 95/5 Cleaning Strategy
Most commercial floors do not need full wet cleaning all the time.
Around 95% of daily floor care is visual maintenance, dust control, light debris removal, appearance maintenance, safety, instant dryness and low-noise operation.
Only a small portion of cases require targeted wet cleaning or manual deep cleaning. Treating 100% of the floor with water just to remove 5% of stubborn stains is operationally irrational.
The problem with water
The industry kept adding more water. We decided to reduce the dependence on it.
Water is essential in some deep-cleaning scenarios, but many commercial spaces are over-cleaned with water during daily maintenance.
