Remote Support with Customer Permission

Remote support can help reduce unnecessary site visits, especially for mapping guidance, task setup, software support, troubleshooting and training.

However, PolarX does not treat remote access as automatic or unlimited.

Remote support should be permission-controlled and aligned with customer requirements. For privacy-sensitive sites, offline deployment and local operation can be used where appropriate.

This gives partners more flexibility when supporting healthcare, government, industrial and large commercial customers.
