Most commercial floors do not need full wet cleaning all the time.
Around 95% of daily floor care is visual maintenance, dust control, light debris removal, appearance maintenance, safety, instant dryness and low-noise operation. Only a small portion of cases require targeted wet cleaning or manual deep cleaning.
Treating 100% of the floor with water just to remove 5% of stubborn stains is operationally irrational.
